Galactica
In a few hours the season finale of Battlestar Galactica (v2) will show. I find it ironic that one of the best reviewed science fiction television shows consciously borrows so much from Deep Space Nine, the least popular and least formulaic Star Trek series.BTW, say goodbye to the new derivation of the same ole' Trek.

Don't see the resemblance, myself, unless you mean the "enemy within" stuff (or the long-term war footing?). Seems more Voyager-like....
No wait, I've got it: it's based on Battlestar Galactica!
I think Ronald Moore has talked about his conscious borrowings from one to the other.
